My name is Elizabeth Martinez Gaspar but I prefer being called Bty (Bty Mtz Gspr).
I am a Mexican Industrial designer with a global perspective of design, I focus my attention in the user and how combined with the context leads to better products, services and experiences.
Graduated with a BS in Industrial Design from the Tec de Monterrey in 2012, my experiences included a job as a researcher and concept designer at Mario Menez Desing a Mexican-Scandinavian Design Studio, I have working in projects with brands as Ikea, Terzani, etc. Then in 2013 I started my own design and consultancy studio Hvppy 2gether, one of my passions is sharing knowledge in order to inspire and helps people to develop skills for design and for life, that passion encourage me to be a professor at "Centro de Estudios Superiores de Diseño de Monterrey" (CEDIM), the classes I teach include Ergonomics 1 and 2 (Advanced Human Factors), Prospective Design, and Introduction to Industrial Design and product development, in this class she worked as a mentor in a project with Lego Education.
Thanks to a summer job at 99U Conference in 2014 (NYC, 2014), I expand an interest to make design profitable as a tool to develope innovation in the Mexican economic enviroment, that interest lead me to start a Master in Business Innovation at CEDIM in 2015.
